Returns / Warranty Information

All Silver Stag knives are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.  Smith & Partners, LLC will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any returned product subject to the following terms and conditions:

 Proof of Purchase.  With your returned product, please include proof of purchase, such as an original sales receipt, cancelled check, or credit card statement.

 Reasonable Application.  This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any defect caused by improper or unreasonable use as determined exclusively by Smith & Partners, LLC.  To support your warranty claim, please       include, with your returned product, a brief documentation of the circumstances that caused the defect. 

 Waiver of Liability,  Should Smith & Partners, LLC determine that any returned product is deemed to be defective as provided above, the sole remedy for such defective product shall be repair or replacement as expressly  provided herein. Under no circumstances shall Smith & Partners, LLC be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of defects, the use, or inability to use any Silver Stag product.

Shipping & Handling.  A check or money order for $10.00 to cover shipping and handling costs must accompany your returned product.

Please feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding our warranty or a defective product. We are not perfect and occasionally will miss a blemish, heat stress fracture, or other nonconformity. We are committed to standing behind our products and will do whatever it takes to make our customers more than satisfied with their purchase.
