Our Big Game Gut Knife has been one of our best-selling designs for more than two decades. We started manufacturing this small Limited-Edition batch using 1095 High Carbon Spring Tool Steel. We love 1095 HC blades because they are tough and can take a beating. In addition, they hold an excellent edge, and easy to touch up when needed. But, 1095 is susceptible to rust and you need to dry and oil your blade if it gets exposed to moisture. Each individual blade has been hollow ground free-hand and heat-treated to a 58 Rockwell hardness. We applied jeweling to the blade flats and incorporated Whitetail Deer or Elk Antler tines into each knife. We also inserted a brass SILVER STAG medallion into the antler to give it a high end custom look. Each knife includes an upgraded hand-laced leather snap sheath and Limited life warranty.

You will not find a better semi-custom hand-crafted stag knife that has an exceptional high carbon tool steel blade at this price.
