Pro Prep Mini Cleaver - PPMC4.0LE

Based on many recent customer requests, we brought back our D2 Steel Pro Prep Mini Cleaver blade, but redesigned it with hidden tang construction and incorporated a crown handle into the finished design. This is an exceptional cutting tool that my wife uses to prep all the vegetables that go into our nightly salad. I use it to dice meat for chili and stews. Also, great for cutting block cheese.

It’s the perfect size, weight, and shape for most food prep work. Looks good in the kitchen too and it includes an antler display stand.
