Customer Demand Brings Back our “BIG BEAUTIFUL CLEAVER”(BBC5.5)

I have no idea why we stopped building this model a few years ago,butbased onvalued customer feedback and requests,it is back in production. 

This is a Work-Horse Cleaver that can cut through Chicken bones without hesitation. Great for slicing, dicing, and the large flat surface can carry a lot of diced food from the board to the pan.

SPECIFICS

· Free-Hand Hollow Ground D2 Steel Blade with 5.5” cut base and deep hefty flat (Top Spine to Cutting Edge = 3” / Overall L = Approx. 12”).

·  Hidden Tang Design with a select Crown Burr Shed Mule Deer or Elk Antler handle, hand shaped for balance, polished, and sealed.  Can also be ordered with a straight smooth stick beam handle.
