Bullnose Butcher & Carver - BNCCCRDN7.0, BNCCCRDN7.0ES

This crossover Butcher & Carver design is excellent for sectioning, skinning, and trimming meat.  The thin razor-sharp blade also works well for carving and boning meats.  When dicing meats or vegetables with the blade flat and level to a cutting board, your hand (knuckles) has clearance over the cutting board.  Available in Crown or Elk Stick handle.
