WHAT’S NEW In the spring of 2024, we are going to begin manufacturing our fillet and chef blades with AEB-L, a fine-grained stainless steel originally manufactured in Sweden to produce the best razor blades in the world. This steel stands out for its high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance, ease of sharpening, and exceptional toughness. Why? Our Tool Steel fillet and Chef knives are consistently exposed to water and require maintenance to reduce water spots and corrosion. AEB-L stainless steel is exceptional for blades exposed to water on a frequent basis. We will continue to manufacture our hard-core working blades with D2 and 1095 Tool Steel.
